Incarnato Clover Cavroux

Thanks to its phenotypic selection, Cavroux adapts to all climatic contrasts, both in cold mountain areas and in the central-southern Italian areas.
Cavroux has a rapid vegetative recovery at the end of winter and resists competition with other associated species well for forage production.
With its rapid growth, it allows for early harvests, freeing up the land for other sowings.
Highly productive and rich in proteins, it is very palatable to livestock.
