This variety originates from northern Europe and has pronounced resistance to winter cold and adaptability to the Mediterranean climate.
The plant is very leafy with high vegetative growth. It adapts very well to cool and humid environments in association with perennial grasses, providing excellent protein content and high digestible fiber for forage.
